Calculates write limits for target_groups. Returns a new complete write limits snapshot based on origin_snapshot and version.

estimate_table_stats 🔒

Estimates table stats change from the given file.

rebuild_table_stats 🔒

Rebuilds table stats from the given version. Note that the result is approximate value. See estimate_table_stats.
