tracking_id is persistent in meta data

session_id: String

session_id is reset every time node restarts

system_data: Option<SystemData>

system_data is hardware and os info

up_time is how long the node has been running

node_type is the node that creates the report

is_test: bool

mark the report is a test message if so, the backend do validations but not store it
